In short: TicTacToe King is a fully offline game. It does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal information. It has no internet access, no ads, no in-app purchases and no accounts.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The app has no account system and does not ask for your email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos or any other personal data.
2. Information stored only on your device
To remember your progress and preferences, the app saves a small amount of data locally on your device only:
- The player name you choose and your selected avatar
- Your level and number of wins against the computer
- Your settings for sound, vibration and background motion
This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
3. Internet access and third parties
The app does not request the Internet permission, so it cannot send or receive data over the network. It contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting services and no third-party tracking SDKs. We do not share or sell data to any third party, because we do not have any data to share.
4. Permissions
- Vibrate – used only to give short haptic feedback during play when the Vibration setting is turned on. It does not give access to any personal information.
5. Children's privacy
The game is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
6. Data security and retention
Since no data is transmitted or kept by us, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data saved on your device stays under your control and is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
